Position Overview

Image Roofing is hiring a Roofing Laborer / Helper to support daily roofing operations. This is a hands-on role working under a crew lead. Show up ready to work, follow direction, and handle the physical demands of the job.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain job sites
• Perform roofing repairs (tile, shingle, general repairs)
• Pick up materials from supply houses
• Prep job sites for roof installs
• Inspect roofs as directed
• Maintain cleanliness of yard at the shop

Requirements (Must Have)

• Minimum 3 years roofing experience (tile, shingle, repairs)
• Own hand tools and tool belt
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle (gas card provided)
• Ability to take direction and work well with a crew
• Comfortable with physical labor and working at heights
